Describe a kind of weather you like

  You should say:

What type of weather it is

What you usually do in this kind of weather

How this weather affects your mood

And why you like this weather

  01

What type of weather it is

Popularity/ How you know about。

  Example:

Honestly, I have never thought about it before but I guess I like rainy days. The type of day when the skies just open up and it pours down (雨)倾盆而下. In fact, not many people like this type of weather, as it can be inconvenient, but I love it.

  Example :

Unlike other people who really like sunny days, my favorite weather is extreme weather, particularly typhoons 台风. I remember the first time I experienced one was when I was very young. My family moved to a coastal city. During the summer time, the typhoons came one by one. Even though they caused lots of damage, I enjoyed watching the sheer force of nature

  02

What you usually do in this kind of weather

  Example one:

When it rains, I normally get tucked up 蜷缩在 in bed and binge-watch 刷剧 soap operas and films. I stock up 备货 on my favorite snacks and just relax all day.  I turn off my phone and just ignore the world for the day (Indoors). Sometimes, I also like to stand in front of the window while counting how many cars pass. It sounds a little bit silly and boring, but I enjoy it very much (Indoors).

Example two:On sunny days, I always like to hang out with my friends and go shopping. We can shop for several hours and we don’t get tired at all (Outdoors). And sometimes, I like to stay indoors, reading a book, preparing a meal for myself, then taking a cat nap on my sofa with the sunshine beating down 照射 through the window (Indoors).

Example three : When it snows, I think it is the best time to enjoy a hot pot with my family. We like to sit in front of the window eating meat while drinking cold beer. It is very enjoyable (Indoors).  When the snow stops, we go out and build a snowman together. It is also a kind of tradition in my home that every year we have a snowman building competition. The winner doesn’t need to do the house chores for a whole month (Outdoors).

  03

How this weather affects your mood

  Example :

Well when it is raining heavily and I am warm and dry indoors, it really gives me a sense of peace. I love hearing the rain battering off the windows 击打窗户 as it brings me comfort and calm. It is therapeutic 有益于健康的.

  Example :

Well when the sun is not too hot and if there is a cool breeze 微风, I always feel my mood lift. It gives me motivation and I usually have a productive day. However, when it is scorching hot  炎热的 outside, I never want to move or do anything. I just want to sit in one place, preferably next to an air conditioner.
